HBBH led a team of consultants, including Henry Hawthorn Architect, in the creation of a master plan that guided the renovation and expansion of the existing arts facilities. This included a 3,000 square metre addition overlooking Deer Lake, accommodated new dance and music studios and a studio theatre with underground parking. The addition was carefully designed to tie in with the park and garden setting, as well as the heritage character of the existing precinct. |
