The Parliamentary Precinct of Canada’s Federal Government is an assemblage of buildings arranged in a natural and urban setting unique in Canada. Many layers of political, social and cultural history are embedded in its make-up. These layers have created a strong association of place for parliamentarians, visitors and Canadians everywhere.
