Stéphane Laroye MAIBC, MRAIC, MCIP, LEED® AP
Stéphane Laroye graduated from the University of Waterloo, Urban and Regional Planning School (B.E.S Planning) and the University of British Columbia, School of Architecture (B.Arch.) He is a member of the Architectural Institute of British Columbia (MAIBC), the Royal Architectural Institute of Canada (MRAIC), the Canadian Institute of Planners (MCIP), and is a LEED® Accredited Professional.
He has been with Hotson Bakker Boniface Haden architects + urbanistes since 1996 and is an associate with the firm. Providing expertise in master planning, urban design and multi-family housing, Stéphane’s key projects have included the South East False Creek Olympic Plaza (the heart of the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics Athlete's Village), Waterstone Pier, the Golden Ears Bridge, South East False Creek Master Plan and Burnaby Skytrain Stations: Holdom, Sperling and Production Way.
Currently, he is working on "3333 Main", a full-block, mixed-use, LEED® Silver equivalent development on Vancouver’s Main Street; preliminary master planning of the Great Northern Way Campus; several projects on Granville Island; and, the Richard Bolton, Duthie and Barnston Booster Pump Stations.
